Booking Policies General

1.

Please arrive at the time of the scheduled appointment. Also not earlier.

2.

The total duration of the appointment includes an additional 10-15 mins for a short consultation and personal aftercare advice.

3.

For Thai Massages, please come wearing loose-fitting, long-sleeved clothing, and please do not eat too heavy 2 hours beforehand.

Please check the address and instructions about how to find the location sent in the confirmation email.

Please take note that I do not offer sexual services. In response to any inappropriate behavior you'll be asked to leave.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information in order to receive confirmation emails, and for me to contact you in case I need to reschedule or cancel.

If you need to cancel, you have to contact me via email or phone. Without a written cancelation request prior to 24 hours before the treatment, you will be charged in full. Please read cancelation policies below.

Please know that when you book, you are booking my work time. If you arrive late (10+ mins), unfortunately I will have to take this from the massage time and you will still be charged in full.

If you need to contact me on the day, please send a text message if I have not answered your call. My phone is on silent mode whilst I am giving treatments, therefore I often can not answer.

Urban Sports Club Policies

1.

If you are with Urban Sports, it is your responsibility to check whether your membership includes massage. L members have x1 massage per month; XL members have x2.

2.

Please check if you have already used your massage for the month. Urban Sports Massages are given per the calendar month, not within the month of your membership cycle.

3.

If you fail to give Urban Sports Membership number when booking, I will cancel the booking.

Cancelation Policy

Cancelation Policy

1.

> 24h = 0 %

If you need to cancel the appointment, please contact at least 24 hours before the schedule appointments at the latest to avoid being charged.

2.

24 - 12h = 50 %

Cancellations made between 24 to 12 hours before of the start of schedule appointment without appropriate reason will be charged 50% of the price.

3.

< 12h = 100 %

No-shows and cancellations made within 12 hours before start of scheduled appointment without appropriate reason will be charged in full.
